Sunday 19 March 2006 - Duchess Theatre, Covent Garden
Leading lady Anna-Jane Casey joined Notes from New York series regulars Julie Atherton and Paul Spicer in the first British edition of the series alongside Dougal Irvine, best known for his portrayal of Mark in the West End production of Jonathan Larson’s Rent.
Not(es) from New York featured songs by the critically acclaimed Charles Miller (Build Me a Bridge, No One in the World, Brenda Bly) alongside the music of Grant Olding (Three Sides, A Celebrity Chef Ate My Hamster, Spittin’ Distance). It offered a unique opportunity to discover the work of two burgeoning musical theatre talents, both of whom received their West End debut in this production.
